Warranty

Koala Cool Ice Boxes come with a 5 year manufacturing warranty on handles, hinges, feet and latches. If you have a warranty issue please contact Koala Cool via email or phone. To make a warranty claim, you’ll need the following information:

• You must have a copy of your receipt or invoice
• You will need to send to an email with photos to sales@koalacool.net.au of the damaged part
• Koala Cool customer service team will then make contact to discuss the repair process
